Questions and Answers

From setup questions, delivery details and everything in between, this is your guide to everything you wanted to know about your mattress.

Can I Try Leesa in Store Before I Buy?

Getting a better night’s rest starts with the right mattress. Meet Leesa, a better premium foam mattress. Ordering a Leesa mattress is simple. Choose and order your mattress online and (patiently) wait for it to arrive on your doorstep. Oh, and it comes in a box. It’s really that easy!

But, ordering a bed you’ve never actually laid on—no matter how many great reviews you’ve read and how many great things you’ve heard about it and how the company donates one mattress for every 10 they sell—can be scary. After all, a mattress is a big investment and you’re likely going to have it for 8+ years. What if you don’t like it? What if it’s too firm? Too soft? Too hot?

At Leesa, we understand your concern. So, we’ve got a few ways to help you feel more confident about your mattress purchase: you can try our products in one of our Dream Gallery Locations, at many West Elm and Pottery Barn stores or in the comfort of your own home with our 100-night risk-free trial.

Try Leesa in our Dream Gallery

When we started Leesa, we wanted to do away with the chaos of mattress shopping—the mattress store, the pushy salesperson—and make finding a better bed and getting better rest easy.

We have two Dream Gallery locations: the Virginia Beach Dream Gallery in Virginia and the Soho Dream Gallery in New York. There, you can climb into bed, kick your feet up and relax on a Leesa or Sapira mattress with no pressure or nagging. Seriously, roll around, try different sleeping positions and even bring your partner to test out the Leesa mattress’s cuddle-ability. While you’re there, check out our pillows, blanket and bedding, too. Once you’ve fallen in love (and you will), our awesome Dream Gallery staff will answer any questions you may have and help you order your (new favorite) mattress right in the store.

Leesa at West Elm and Pottery Barn

If our Virginia Beach and Soho locations aren’t convenient to you, we’ve still got your back. Leesa is proud to partner with West Elm and Pottery Barn to give you the chance to try our products in their stores, too. Their friendly staff is well educated in all things Leesa and can help you find and order the right products for your better night’s sleep.

Check out our West Elm Locator and Pottery Barn Locator to find the closest store to you. We should warn you though, once you lay down on a Leesa or Sapira mattress, you won’t want to get back up.

Benefits of trying Leesa In-Store

When you try Leesa in the store, you get the to test both of our mattresses. The Leesa mattress provides three premium foam layers for cooling, body contouring and pressure-relief, while the Sapira mattress combines the premium foam layers with individually wrapper pocket-springs for added support. Each mattress offers a slightly different feel and sleep experience, so, in a store, you can try both options and decide which one is best for you.

Not to mention, you have the staff as a Leesa resource at both our Dream Gallery locations and West Elm and Pottery Barn stores. They are Leesa gurus and can explain to you the benefits of our products and answer any questions you may have while you’re there. (Don’t worry—if you have any additional questions after you leave the store or after your mattress arrives, our customer service team can help, too.)

100-night in-home trial

If you can’t make it to one of our Dream Gallery locations or we aren’t in your West Elm or Pottery Barn store yet, don’t worry. We offer a 100-night in-home trial, included with every mattress purchase. That’s right—try a Leesa or Sapira mattress for 100 nights, risk-free in your own home. If you don’t love your bed, just let us know. We’ll pick it up for free and you’ll get a full refund.
