Email Marketing Coordinator
Overview
The Email Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Email Marketing Manager as well as the design and content team. The role will be responsible for building out email and SMS campaigns and automated series. You'll track key performance metrics and participate in decisions on how to keep driving the impact of our retention marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, results driven, a creative problem solver, strong at project management, and a team player. This role is highly collaborative and requires strong communication skills, particularly on project progress, roadblocks and solutions. You'll be excited to deploy both brand campaigns as well as dynamic, automated content. The Retention Team is growing and looking for eager candidates who are ready to dive right in and grow within the team.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Work closely with the Email Marketing Manager and designers to build, test and deploy email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Quality assurance for all outgoing email and SMS campaigns
- Coordinate submissions of creative requests to design team
- Maintain relationship with vendors for email, SMS and other CRM channels
- Oversee Email and SMS marketing calendar with input from Sr. Manager
- Assist with tracking and reporting on email and SMS success
- Maintenance of on-site acquisition campaigns
- Assist with Loyalty Program initiatives via SMS and email campaigns
- 1-2 years of email and SMS deployment experience with Iterable, Cordial or similar. Related work experience in the retail and ecommerce space is preferred, but not required.
- Basic HTML understanding preferred, but not required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Basic understanding of data marketing best practices
- Familiar with web analytics, such as Google Analytics
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders

Overview

As a member of our Virginia Beach Customer Experience team, you will be instrumental in delivering Leesa’s excellent customer service promise. This position is full-time and will work out of our Virginia Beach office.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Create a best-in-class customer experience that exceeds the expectations of our customers
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media channels
- Triage customers through smooth transitions to the appropriate team
- Communicate across teams to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Become and act as a subject matter expert
- Provide trends and potential issues to Team Lead
- Associate’s degree required
- 2-3+ years in customer service, sales, community development, hospitality, non-profit desirable
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM platform preferred
- Intuitive, critical thinker who excels in problem solving and can process information at a high rate
- Expert communicator across multiple communication channels to include phone, written, and chat environments
- Willingness to champion all problems, no matter how small, on behalf of customer
- Sense of humor a plus!

Leesa Sleep is looking for a seasoned dynamic supply chain leader to oversee the elevation of its supply chain operations. This role will oversee all aspects of our supply chain for our DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and retail partner distribution. The right candidate will exemplify professionalism and a passion for the company’s mission. They will be a proven leader who thrives in solving complex problems and will do what it takes to ensure a best-in-class supply chain model is developed and established. The role will oversee the strategic planning and execution of the various aspects of supply chain to include manufacturing partnerships, sourcing, QA, transportation, logistics and planning & forecasting. This role is accountable for developing strategic initiatives that drive margin improvement while ensuring the highest quality level is maintained in delivering our goods to our customers’ doorsteps. The right individual will have a proven track record of overseeing supply chain operations in the consumer goods industry.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Develop manufacturing and supply chain strategies needed to scale up for rapid growth while delighting customers and delivering high quality
- Lead efforts to drive a successful innovation strategy and work in partnership to ensure product development is fully supported and executed
- Collaborate with others to ensure supply chain operational efficiency is maintained and provide ongoing process evaluation for continuous improvement in all phases of the supply chain model
- Work in partnership with the finance team to identify and deliver financial goal targets and drive margin improvement across the supply chain to meet corporate objectives
- Select and maintain relationships with manufacturing partners, sourcing, purchasing, transportation, inventory management, order management and logistics transactions to ensure Leesa Sleep is a priority in their portfolio
- Effectively manage supply chain resources and activities supporting new product and category rollouts and ensure adequate service levels are maintained to meet the needs of an expanding customer base
- Oversee that the highest quality standards are adhered to in all aspects of the supply chain model by planning and executing manufacturing partner reviews and audits, managing continuous improvement programs, performing product analysis to ensure adherence to product specifications and oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of product & manufacturing specifications
- Work in partnership with the organization to deliver the company’s mission by leading supply chain activities in the carrying out of corporate sustainability programs to achieve category leadership in the space
- Direct activities associated with ensuring quality is highly valued and embraced in every product made and ensure regulatory compliance is understood, communicate and adhered to
- 5-7 years of operations experience in a overseeing all facets of operations and supply chain
- Experience as a leader in a manufacturing plant environment
- Rich background spent in the durable goods space. Experience in the bedding/mattress category is a plus
- Proven success managing and collaborating with third party vendors
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects at once
- Analytical, uses deep metrics and data-driven approach to manage performance and decisions
- Strong knowledge of best-in-class tools and systems to develop supply chain infrastructure
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated success leading and managing teams
- Ability to positively influence others and take responsibility for outcomes
- Team player with a positive attitude and a capacity for rapid change

Overview
We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary Digital Marketing Designer. A hands-on maker with the skills to execute break-through campaigns, brand expressions, and industry-leading design. You’ll join a rapidly evolving team and need to be a self-starter with a portfolio demonstrating broad experience designing for e-commerce. You should be highly organized and love getting the details right across a high volume of assets that help meet business objectives, customer needs, and ultimately reinforce a brand in a 360-sphere. Like your teammates, you’ll have a collaborative style and bring your best to every task you’re given.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Use brand or campaign level thinking to craft work that unfolds and engages the customer across multiple touchpoints.
- Work cross-functionally to execute work from start to finish, from large-scale product launches and seasonal marketing campaigns, to small design projects.
- Deliver assets that are technically feasible and fit for purpose across mediums, including web, mobile, email, paid and organic social media, print, packaging, retail, collateral, banners, ads, video and motion graphics.
- Manage your time and hit deadlines while juggling multiple projects
- Support the Creative Director, in upholding brand systems/standards and pushing the vision for Leesa’s brand to evolve and become a singular unified experience.
- Assist in guiding external creative and production partners to deliver work that is high-quality and on-brand.
- Evolve, expand, and maintain the direction of Leesa’s brand in partnership with the Leadership and Growth teams.
- 5+ years multi-disciplinary design experience. Whether at an agency, e-commerce or omni-channel retail brand, you’ve tackled a wide range of brand, marketing, and advertising projects.
- 4-year design degree or equivalent. You have an excellent understanding of design and advertising principals.
- A solid portfolio. Your work applies best practices across a wide range of projects and mediums, including video and motion design. UI/UX work is a plus.
- Understanding of consumer branding. You naturally communicate and champion a brand through distinct imagery, typography, patterns, tone of voice, motion, sound, and interaction.
- A collaborative approach. You’re a humble design partner to your cross-functional teammates and crave feedback/analytics to help you craft effective solutions.
- A growth mindset. You’re open, with the energy and drive to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- A systems thinker: You delight in extrapolating and extending shared design elements and patterns to reinforce consistency and efficiency.
- You have tricks. You’re an expert in Adobe CC, Sketch, and can debate the value of the latest design tools. Bonus points if you’ve used WorkFront for project management.
