Pre-schedule a visit to your local Sit ’N Sleep and talk to a mattress expert. Sit ’N Sleep consultants have invested double the industry average into ongoing education. They’re experts, but in a respectful, kind, and not-all-awkward way. You won’t find it hard to kick back and breathe easy in our stores. The entire interaction will occur in a Covid-19 safe environment so you and your family can sleep soundly at night.

You can add In-home Delivery to your order for $150. This service includes a 2-person team who will deliver your mattress, foundation and/or bed frame to the room of your choice, set it up and dispose of any unwanted packaging. They will also remove your old mattress. Mattress removal includes the removal of your old mattress and box spring only.* Mattress removal must be completed at the same time as the delivery of your new mattress.

After your order arrives at our In-home Delivery partners, you'll receive a phone call from them within 1-2 business days to schedule delivery and setup of your order. The evening before your delivery, you'll receive another call to finalize a four-hour delivery window.** The drivers will call you the day of your delivery when they're roughly 30 minutes from your home to let you know they're close.

Please note that In-home Delivery is only available in select locations and the service fee is non-refundable.

Our mattresses are made-to-order, so the product takes a little more time to get to you (it’s not sitting in a warehouse somewhere collecting dust!). The mattress, once compressed, will ship in a box directly to your door. We are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19, so it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your mattress. We will send you an email with your tracking details as soon as your mattress leaves the building.

If you add in-home delivery to your order, once your mattress arrives with our in-home delivery partners, please allow up to 7 business days for them to schedule and complete your setup.

Return Policy

We know you’ll love your Leesa – but we give you up to 100 calendar nights to sleep on it and let us know if you don’t like it. We encourage you to try your mattress for at least 30 nights, starting upon delivery of the mattress. This will allow your body ample time to adjust to the feel of a new mattress, and for the mattress to settle into your new home and get to know you a bit better. If you decide the mattress isn’t for you, we’ll coordinate a pickup from your home then refund the full purchase price less the value of the discount, and a $49 Bed Adoption Fee applicable to all states including Alaska and Hawaii.** All mattresses must be clean and undamaged. Damaged mattresses include, but are not limited to the following conditions: no rips or tears on the cover fabric, stained fabric, broken zippers, punctured or ripped foam or burned mattress cover. After 100-days, rest assured you’re covered by a 10-year warranty on the mattress.
